Exclusion
Service
We inspect your property, locate and seal all interior and exterior mouse entry points using rodent-proof flexible mesh, then set interior traps to remove any mice already inside. We return in 7–10 days to clear traps and ensure activity is eliminated. To prevent future entry, we apply a professional exterior rodent repellent that protects hard-to-reach areas.
Rodent bait stations are used only when necessary for commercial or residential infestations. We offer both one-time services and ongoing maintenance plans depending on your needs.

Rodent
Control
This service is our basic Rodent Control Program—perfect for homes that need activity reduced without full exclusion work. We place snap traps in all active areas and apply a professional exterior rodent repellent to reduce mice or rat activity around and inside your home. At each visit, we remove any caught rodents, rebait and reset traps, and reapply the repellent.
We offer this service monthly or every other month, as well as a one-time treatment with a limited guarantee. An inspection and estimate are highly recommended, but not required.
Exterior Treatment
This service is an all-natural exterior rodent repellent spray designed to reduce rodent activity around your home—without harsh chemicals. It’s the perfect add-on for homeowners who already handle their own indoor maintenance (traps or bait boxes) or for newer homes needing simple, effective preventative protection.
