We offer "one-time" treatments for many pests such as carpenter bees - carpenter ants - pavement ants - wasps/nests- to rodents and more..... Most of what we do is preventative and reactive(ongoing pest issues) treatment plans for homeowner's and commercial properties just like yours. This consists of a thorough certified pest inspection of your home or business to determine the best needs of your property and/or structure. We also implement IPM(integrated pest management) into any service we do, reducing pesticide use to only when/where/if needed. Which results in less environmental impact and safer treatments for you and your family.

Recurring Services/Maintenance Plans

These are recurring service plans to keep the pests out! They cover over 20 listed pests, including mice/rats. All include free call backs if needed. Recurring service plans have a standard agreement, with no-cancellation fee.

**We understand some circumstances require more than just "spraying", and occasionally the need for structural or landscape work to be performed before the insect problem can be mitigated with pest control.

We have monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly options for any degree of pest activity, keeping you and your home safe and comfortable.

If you currently have a service now and would like a quote, call us today and we can switch you over without any startup high fees, we can usually beat our competitors initial and/or recurring service rates by 15% compared to what your currently paying. Most cases I can quote directly over the phone or email!

Mosquito Prevention and Interior and Exterior Flea Treatments

Offering monthly exterior mosquito & flea treatments utilizing the safest yet most effective products (bi-fenthrin).

We also offer indoor flea treatments due to cat and dog fleas.

Rodent Control and Exclusion (seal-out) Service for mice & rats.

We offer all-natural rodent control for your interior and exterior property using a professional rodent repellent that can be applied year-round or seasonally on a monthly or every two month schedule, keeping the majority of mice from entering your home.

We also offer just a maintenance service for older homes or "high activity" homes in rural areas where elimination is not possible. This consists of the professional repellent applied on a schedule, along with exterior/interior trapping and/or rodent bait stations. *if needed.

Our rodent exclusion service for mice and rats consists of plugging or filling any gaps or holes up to 2 inches on the exterior foundation or siding up to 10 feet from ground level. *some older homes cannot be excluded due to foundation type and condition, for those we do regular services to keep them under control.

We do offer a complete exclusion converting to routine repellent application through the seasons to keep these little critters in check!
